ir Papan village has a clinic named Tenglu clinic. The clinic is open from 7:30 am to 5:00 pm.The clinic provides outpatient treatment, emergency, and check-up for pregnant women.  Most of the pregnant women will visit the clinic whereby the clinic provides midwife service, complete with equipment for delivery.The clinic does not charge any fees to the residents for their treatment.
