omen Institution (WI) or Perkumpulan Wanita is established in Kampung Kuala Paya in 1964.  Currently, the institution has 130 members and among the activities organised by them are cultural and arts activities such as choir and poco poco dance.

When there is a wedding or other ceremonies held in the village, the WI members will eagerly offer their services to help. During pastime, the members perform house to house Yasin recital ceremony.
