verall, the majority of the villagers are Malays of Javanese descent. About 350 people live in Kampung Parit Senah and most are fluent in Javanese language. Even though this village does not have many residents, they are able to work together and tolerant to one another.

The mosque and surau are not only for praying but also as the venue for them to perform other religious activities. Both the older and younger generation have a good relationship with the young still respecting the elders. They are friendly with guests who come to their village. These values should be inculcated in the younger generation so that they will become a more polite society.
