Kampung Permatang Duku is located in Benut sub-district, in the district of Pontian. It is a visionary and highly ambitious village. The Village Development and Security Committee (JKKK) of Kampung Permatang Duku aspires to bring forth a modern Malaysian society that is liberal, history savvy, ethical and noble. Apart from that, the JKKK also hopes that the residents of Kampung Permatang Duku acquire confidence and a firm self esteem so as to be able to defend themselves against negative influences that can ruin religion, race and the country.
