Pulau Aur is located in South China Sea, 75 kilometers east off Mersing, Johor. There’s no public transportation for tourist to go to Pulau Aur. Visitors have to hire fishermen’s boat or joined tourism companies who offers package to Pulau Aur. Visitors will have to endure 7 hours journey by fishermen’s boat to reach the island.The nearest island to Pulau Aur is Pulau Dayang, which is situated less than 1 kilometer from the shore. Pulau Pemanggil is on its north about one hour journey by the fishermen’s boat.
