According to Wak, all operations are carried out in his house with the assistance of two workers. The entire asset is now valued at RM12, 000. However, all this would not have been possible without the RM6, 000 loan from the Lembaga Kemajuan Tanah Persekutuan (LKTP) or better known as Federal Land Development Authority (FELDA). With it, Wak bought four kneading and cutting machines to upgrade his operations to a bigger scale. The banana crackers are made bycombining peeled, ripe bananas to tapioca flour, sugar, salt and water. The dough is thenrolled into cylindrical shape, sliced thinly anddried.Once dried, thecrackers are ready to be fried and eaten as a delicious snack.
