Visitors' main attraction to Kampung Abi Batas Paip is the Snake Farm that is located nearby to the village. The Perlis Snake and Reptile Farm is located in a limestone hill area. It is the largest snake farm in Malaysia. There are various ranges of snakes species that the tourists could see in the closed or open space exhibition in this garden.

The visiting experience to this farm will be an unforgettable as they were given opportunity to come close with these exotic animals in almost identical atmosphere with its original habitat. There are about 150 snakes from 34 snake species in this farm. There are 25 local snake species and nine species from abroad. Ten snake species are poisonous.
