What can be said about a rural village in Kelantan? Judging from worldly values, there is nothing special about living in a rural area. Yet, for the people of Kampung Bunut Susu, they are proud as their children have been given the chance to utilise information and communication technology (ICT) opportunity through Universal Service Provision (USP). Apart from using computers and having Internet access, no less than 100 village children have succeeded in furthering their studies to higher learning institutions.
